Common questions
- Voice notes aren't transcribing.
- Make sure you granted Microphone and Speech Recognition permission in iOS Settings → Contacts & Notes Pro. Transcription runs on your device.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every new user gets 30 days of Pro free the first time they open the app — no payment or sign-up required. After 30 days the app continues on the free tier unless you subscribe.
- What's included in Pro?
- Unlimited notes and contacts, AI Enhancement, the business-card scanner, two-way Google Contacts sync, themes, and export. €3.99/month or €29.99/year.
- How do I cancel a subscription?
- Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Is my data private?
- Yes — your audio never leaves your device and your notes are stored locally. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
